Momentum, Simplified

Get unstuck and start following through on what matters with a personalized plan you’ll actually follow
Join The 4-Week Pilot Edition

You know what you want to do. So why aren’t you following through?

At the beginning of the week, you tell yourself, “This is the week.”

This is the week you’ll exercise, go to bed earlier, start using your new planning tool, or finally put a practice in place that you know will make a difference.

But by the end of the week, you’re no further along.

Other people and priorities got your attention instead. You met the deadlines and commitments for someone else. But the thing that mattered to you? It got pushed aside again.

You’ve tried traditional habit advice. You even developed a solid plan based on what ‘works’. And yet, you still can’t seem to make yourself do the thing.

The worst part?

You know you are capable. You haven’t given up on yourself, but you’re tired of watching yourself fall short of what you know is possible.

You are not lazy or unmotivated

Struggling to follow through doesn’t mean you don’t want it enough. It doesn’t mean you’re weak, lack motivation, or are incapable of change.

It means you are facing a roadblock that’s keeping you stuck.

Sometimes you need a clearer plan. Sometimes the plan doesn’t fit how you actually work. And sometimes, despite your efforts, a fear is quietly holding you back and keeping you stuck in place.

But, when you can finally see what’s getting in your way, you can start finding a solution that actually fits.

Introducing

Momentum Made Simple

Momentum Made Simple is an affordable, hands-on course to help you start making progress on a meaningful practice.

The Pilot Edition is the first version of Momentum Made Simple.
A new module will be released each week over 4 weeks, starting Nov 16th.
As a bonus, Pilot Edition participants will have access to a weekly live implementation call.

A simpler way to understand momentum

Momentum Made Simple guides you through the three elements of The Momentum Formula.

METHOD: A Clear & Complete Plan

Get specific about what you’ll do, how you’ll do it, when & where it will happen, and what you need to make it possible. It doesn’t need to be complicated, just complete.

MODE: Fit how you actually work

Consider your energy, environment, enjoyment, and accountability needs. Adjust your plan to suit how you are actually wired, not just what works for other people.

Mindset: Freedom from fears

By identifying your hesitations and the fears underneath, you can challenge the beliefs holding you back. As your perspective shifts, you’ll release yourself from the limiting beliefs that had been keeping you stuck.

What you’ll do in this course

In Momentum Made Simple, you will focus on one practice or habit that matters to you.

This may be personal, like moving your body, improving your sleep, or spending less time scrolling. It may be professional, like getting organized at work or protecting time in your week for an important task that doesn’t get enough attention.

As you move through the lessons, you’ll:

  • Create and commit to an initial plan
  • Start putting your plan into action
  • Uncover and challenge hidden limiting beliefs
  • Notice what’s working, what isn’t, and why
  • Adjust your approach using the tools & strategies provided in the course

By the end, you’ll have designed and started implementing a personalized plan that works for you.

You will also have continued access to the tools, strategies, and framework you can return to when you hit a setback or want to focus on a new practice or habit.

Simple doesn’t mean effortless

The elements of momentum can be simple to understand, but applying them requires trial and error.

In Momentum Made Simple, you’ll be asked to experiment, to observe, to reflect, and to be patient as you find the right fit.

The goal isn’t to be perfect on day one.

The goal is to take regular action on what matters to you and find your follow-through. This only happens when you learn through experience.

But once you know how to identify roadblocks and understand how to overcome them, you can make the adjustments you need instead of deciding you’ve failed.

The Pilot Edition

The first (live) version of Momentum Made Simple

This is a new course, and you will receive one new module per week for four weeks, starting November 16th.

Your questions and feedback will help refine the material as it’s built.

As a bonus for being a Pilot Edition participant, you will have access to live implementation sessions each week. These are optional co-working sessions where you complete the lessons and workbook exercises, ask questions, clarify the material, and get feedback on your work.

Two live call options

To accommodate time zones, you can choose which call option fits your schedule. These begin the week of November 16 and end the week of December 7.

Why live implementation calls?

The live call option is available to help you protect some time each week to work through the lessons and complete the exercises, while also having live support available to address your questions and get clarification.

These are completely optional, but ideal for people who respond well to external accountability and/or if you want to ask questions or get feedback. See the FAQ section for more details.

Ongoing course access

As a Pilot Edition participant, you will get ongoing access to the course and any course updates.

Is this right for you?

Momentum Made Simple is a good fit if you are:
  • struggling to be consistent with an important practice or habit
  • ready to try a new approach
  • able to make space for one hour per week to work through the course exercises
  • willing to make at least one small change per week
  • open to experimentation and reflection
It’s not for you if you:
  • want a quick fix
  • want someone to tell you exactly what to do
  • aren’t open to asking deeper questions about why you have been stuck

What if nothing else has worked?

You may have tried plenty of advice already. When past attempts haven’t worked, it’s easy to assume nothing will.

That’s a psychological roadblock.

It’s a reasonable fear because you’ve been let down before. You want to avoid yet another disappointment.

But if you’ve read this far, it means you still have a desire to change, and it matters to you.

It’s time to trust yourself again

Momentum Made Simple is about listening to your instincts and letting your experiences guide your decisions.

It’s about being honest and realistic about what works for you, not just following what works for other people.

Yes, it’s appealing to have someone tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. You have a lot going on already, and the idea of figuring it all out yourself is daunting.

Except, that hasn’t worked.

It’s time to stop outsourcing your decision-making and design a practice that suits you. One that’s sustainable and feels aligned. One that helps you show up consistently for what matters.

And that happens when you pay attention to what you need.

Start with one thing that matters

You don’t have to overhaul your life. Start with one practice you care about, and learn what it means to find your follow-through.

Four Weeks. One Practice.
A Framework you can use again & again.

A Message from Cat…

I’d love to have you join me for the Pilot Edition of Momentum Made Simple.

Since this course is being built week-by-week, your questions and feedback will shape the lessons. By learning from you what resonates most and what misses the mark, I’ll be able to refine the material to help you get results.

Plus, you have the option to work through the course material and workbook on the live implementation calls.

If you are like me, and you work well with external accountability, these calls are a helpful way to protect one hour per week to complete the course and workbook.

If you are someone who doesn’t need external accountability, these live calls are a chance to ask questions or get feedback on your work.

Either way, my goal is to help you design a personalized plan and find your follow-through.

Don’t wait until January to start making progress on a practice that matters to you. I hope you’ll join me.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. These are optional calls.

They serve two purposes:
– asking questions, getting clarity & feedback
– structured accountability for those who benefit from it

If you are someone who tends to register for a course and tell yourself you will “get to it later” but rarely do, I encourage you to attend the weekly implementation call.

The implementation calls are optional, so they are not required in order to complete the course.

I encourage you to protect a time in your calendar each week to work through the material. Since the course is being released each week, you will be reminded weekly.

The implementation calls are designed to help you work through the course material. You are not required to stay the full hour, and you can drop in at any time.

Here’s a sample structure:
0:00 Welcome, set your goal for the hour
0:05 Solo work
0:30 Mid-way check-in
0:35 Solo work
0:55 Final check-in

During the solo work times, Cat will be available to answer questions. These can be asked in the chat or in a separate breakout room.

You can attend both live calls if you want to and it fits your time zone. You can also alternate between call times to suit your schedule.

The intention is to meet each week between Nov 16 – Dec 11. However, if you need to miss a week, there is some availability the week of Dec 14.

Coaching spaces are available in afternoons & evenings in EST (UTC-5). If you cannot find a time that works for your schedule/time zone, you can get a full refund.

Yes. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund by email by Friday, November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
