You know what to do, but you’re not doing it
It’s not that you don’t want to change (you do).
It’s not as if you haven’t tried to change (you have).
And that is what frustrates you the most.
You have the information and ability to change, but nothing sticks. Not only are you starting to feel like a broken record, you are also doubting whether you can ever figure this out.
You don’t need to try harder, you need clarity
Trying harder to change is like pushing on the gas pedal while your other foot is holding down the brake. You are wasting energy.
What you really need is to release your other foot from the brake. But that only happens when you understand why you are holding down the brake in the first place.
If you don’t know what’s holding you back, you’ll stay stuck in place spinning your wheels.
Introducing
The Immunity to Change Workshop
In this live 2-hour workshop, you will uncover the real reasons you are struggling to change. You’ll follow a 4-step process to reveal hidden roadblocks keeping you stuck.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a new awareness and clarity about what’s holding you back so you know where to focus your attention in order to make lasting change.
Lasting change starts with awareness

Stop guessing
You can’t change what you can’t see. If the reason you are stuck is hidden below your awareness, it’s time to surface it so you can stop guessing and start focusing on what’s really holding you back.

Shift Your Perspective
Once you see your own ‘immune system’ at work, you’ll see why you’ve been struggling to change in a new light. Past workshop participants often experience a weight being lifted as they look back at their previous attempts to change with a new perspective.

Focus on Your Next Step
By the end of the workshop, you’ll choose one priority to focus on first. Instead of walking away with a big to-do list to implement, you’ll decide one next step.
What to expect
The Immunity to Change Workshop is a hands-on session with guidance at every step.
What are you trying to change?
Before you figure out why you are stuck, you’ll get clear on what you want and why it matters. If you feel stuck in more than one area of your life, you’ll get help choosing one area to focus on first.
Why are you struggling to change?
Once you’re clear on what you are trying to change, it’s time to find out what’s stopping you. Throughout the workshop, you’ll complete your Immunity Map. This process will reveal the real reasons you are hesitating, which are often hidden under the surface of your awareness.
How will you overcome your roadblocks?
When you understand why you are stuck, you can take intentional steps to overcome the roadblocks keeping you stuck. By the end of the workshop, you will identify the next step you need to take to start releasing your foot off the brake pedal.
It’s not your typical workshop
The focus is not just information, but transformation
If all you needed was information, you wouldn’t be stuck right now. Having the right skillset is important, but lasting change requires a new mindset.
Mindset work is not only your ‘why’ but also ‘why not’
Focusing on ‘your why’ is important as it drives you forward (your foot on the gas). But that’s only half the work. You also need to know your ‘why not’ because that’s what’s keeping you stuck (your foot on the brake). This workshop focuses on both.
Dig deeper with the right support
Without guidance, it’s easy to assume you know why you are stuck. But the real reason is often hidden and requires more digging. In the right environment, you can peel back the layers safely to discover what’s just beyond your awareness.
You decide your next step
It’s tempting to say, “Just tell me what to do!”, but overcoming a mindset roadblock is highly personal. This workshop gives you the space and support to consider what you really need next.

What is the Immunity to Change Framework?
The Immunity to Change framework is a research-based methodology developed at Harvard by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
The framework walks participants through a 4-step process to reveal a hidden ‘immune system’ preventing lasting change. Once revealed, it’s possible to create change through intentional next steps that challenge unquestioned beliefs.

A Message from Cat…
If you’ve read this far, but you are still on the fence about whether to attend the workshop, I get it. It’s not like you haven’t tried to get unstuck before.
And when those attempts to change didn’t last, it can be hard to trust this workshop will be any different.
Guess what? That’s your mind’s ‘immune system’ at work. It’s hard at work protecting you from experiencing harm. Spending time, money, and attention on a live workshop means taking a risk. What if this is just another attempt that doesn’t work?
I get it.
But here’s what I know after of years of running this workshop and experiencing it myself: this process is powerful.
Once you ‘see’ your mind’s protective system at work, you will have a deeper understanding of why you are stuck. You can look back at your past attempts to change with a new perspective.
Since learning this framework, I not only ask better questions when I’m stuck, I’m also more patient and compassionate with myself. Instead of trying to push harder on the gas pedal, I ask why I’ve got my other foot on the brake.
When you leave the workshop, you’ll know exactly what questions you can ask and come back to them any time you need to.
I hope you’ll join me.
