The 2-hour live calls include a combination of instruction, solo activities, and group activities. You will get the chance to apply skills right away and practice ongoing exercises. These will also provide an opportunity for real-time feedback.

The 1-hour office hours are for answering your questions, which can be asked live or submitted in advance.

Ideally you can attend most, if not all, calls since the live sessions include valuable activities and practicing skills.

Not only will you be able to receive feedback, it’s valuable for you to give feedback to other group members.

Confirm the live session timing in your own time zone.

Yes, the calls will be recorded.

Office hour timing will be finalized after registration closes based on a time that works for the majority of participants. All office hours will be recorded and questions can be submitted in advance.

There are also opportunities to ask questions asynchronously throughout the program.

You should have at least:
– a personal computer that can download applications (Windows, Mac)
– a camera (built-in or external)
– a microphone (built-in or external)

No. The program is suitable for all levels of virtual presenting, both live and recorded. You’ll learn about the different options available, and on-demand tutorials will be available if you want to learn more about new technology or tools.

But the goal is to identify your own ideal set-up based on your goals and context.
