Make real, consistent progress on that project you keep putting off

Four weeks. Focused work. Real momentum.

Registration Now Closed

It’s work that matters. You keep telling yourself you need to finally see it through. And yet, weeks pass and the work hangs over your head.

You don’t need more planning.
You don’t need the perfect system first.
You don’t need to “get more disciplined.”

You need clear structure and support that helps important work finally happen (without waiting for urgency to force your hand).

Maybe this sounds familiar…

  • You have a project that matters, but it keeps getting pushed aside
  • You keep saying it’s a priority… and then not touching it
  • You work well when there’s a deadline, but this work is self-directed
  • You’ve had strong bursts of effort before, but can’t seem to re-create it
  • You feel frustrated (or quietly ashamed) knowing you are capable of more

You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
And you don’t need to overhaul your entire productivity system.

Introducing the Momentum Sprint

The Momentum Sprint is a live, focused accountability program designed to help you make real progress on the work that’s important, but not urgent.

Whether it’s:

  • designing a new offer to generate revenue
  • creating a compelling pitch and outreach strategy
  • cleaning up your cluttered digital workspace
  • setting up a system to support an ongoing business practice
  • completing the course you bought but haven’t touched in weeks

It’s the kind of work that has real, tangible benefits… once you finally get around to it.

When you go it alone…

  • You keep “meaning to get to it”
  • The work stays mentally heavy and unfinished
  • Progress happens only in occasional bursts (or not at all)
  • You rely on last-minute pressure, if ever
  • You quietly question your follow-through

When you join the Momentum Sprint

  • You have a clear, realistic 4-week plan
  • You show up consistently (even when it’s hard)
  • You are making visible progress
  • You stop re-negotiating the same commitment
  • You feel proud of your follow-through

The ‘perfect timing’ does not exist

A common trap is telling yourself: “I’ll get to this when things calm down.”

Sound familiar?

Waiting for the ideal timing to arrive means you’ll keep delaying the project.

If you’ve been putting off work that will have tangible benefits for your future self, the longer you delay, the longer you have to wait to experience the positive outcomes.

Why choose the Momentum Sprint?

If you’ve read this far, odds are good you work best when there is a true deadline. But when work is flexible and could be done at any time? That’s when things fall through the cracks.

In an ideal world, you’d create real deadlines by hiring support like a dedicated accountability coach who checks in regularly, helps you adjust when you get stuck, and keeps the work top of mind.

That kind of support is powerful, but it is often expensive or inaccessible.

The Momentum Sprint gives you the next best thing.

Over four weeks, you get:

  • a guided planning session
  • structured accountability
  • coaching support when you need it
  • a group of people who get it

… all for the cost of a single coaching call.

If completing this project has the potential to help you earn more income, improve results for clients, or create foundational systems and practices, then investing your time and effort into it now is one of the smartest decisions you can make for your future self.

  • You’re ready to prioritize this now, not ‘someday’

A Message from Cat…

If you are frustrated by the weeks passing and your project not getting the attention it deserves, I hope you’ll join me for the Momentum Sprint.

I know the power of a focused 4-week accountability program because I’ve joined them myself.

That’s how I know it’s not just about the work. It’s about making a commitment to the work and seeing it through. It’s about showing up consistently alongside others who are also prioritizing meaningful work.

I know the pain of watching yourself put off important projects, especially when you know the potential it has once it’s done.

Stop delaying the benefits.
Start taking consistent action.

Future you will be thankful you made this choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

The workshop will be recorded and available within 6 hours of the call ending. Please block off time between Friday, Jan 30 and Monday, Feb 2 to watch the recording and use the worksheet to complete your project plan.

If you can make some of the call, simply make up the rest of the call using the recording.

It’s okay if you can’t make every accountability check-in call, but you should be able to make at least half.

We will be using the online community to create weekly accountability posts where you will write down your weekly plan, so you will still be able to complete the check-in’s on Mondays and Fridays.

These calls will be recorded:
– 2-hour Sprint Planning Workshop
– Hot Seat Coaching Calls

These calls will not be recorded:
– 30-min Accountability Check-Ins*
– Co-working Calls

*I may record the start of a check-in call if I am sharing a concept or advice that’s helpful to post in the community.

Yes, we will be using a private online community during the Sprint. In addition to the weekly check-in posts, you can ask questions, share challenges, celebrate wins, and access resources and recordings.

The Hot Seat Coaching Calls are also available between calls during the Sprint. See the next question for more details.

Hot Seat Coaching Calls are 20-minute sessions to help you get unstuck when you hit a roadblock during the Sprint.

It’s called a Hot Seat because others can learn from your coaching session by joining the call live if they are available, or by watching the recording later.

Hot Seats are subject to availability week-to-week. They are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis, although if there is more interest than available spaces, priority will go to those who haven’t had one yet.

Other options for support:
– if there is time at towards the end of the live check-in calls
– if there is time at the end of co-working calls
– asking questions in the community

Co-working calls are opportunities to work on your project at the same time as others on a Zoom call. For many people, working in the presence of others who are also working helps them stay focused and accountable.

These are optional calls and you can attend as many as you like for as long as you like.

Call Format
1. Share what you are working on
2. Mute your mic and get to work
3. Before leaving, share how it went

Monday & Wednesday Co-Working
These calls are 2-hours long, so there will be a check-in at the start, midway, and at the end.

Friday Co-Working
The Friday co-working call immediately follows the 30-min accountability check-in call and lasts 90 mins.

Can’t join for the whole call? No problem.

If you have a few small projects that are close to the finish line but not quite there, you can use the Sprint to help you get those done.

If you are working on establishing a regular practice, the Sprint can also help you treat it as a project to get set up with the right system, schedule, tools, and testing what really works so you can maintain it after the Sprint.

If you have more than one large project, you can use the Planning Workshop to map out how these projects fit over the next few weeks and decide whether to focus on both concurrently or consecutively.
