You’re creating valuable content, and you enjoy putting it out in the world.

But you’re also thinking, “there must be a better way…”

If you’re a content creator who’s putting in the work, publishing content, and making it happen, but it feels messier than it should and things are slipping through the cracks, you’re not alone.

Luckily, there is a better way.

Design a clear, calm & custom content creation process that works with you, not against you.

Imagine a content workflow that feels natural, organized, and sustainable—one you don’t have to think twice about.

And no, there is no one single perfect system for everyone.

But your ideal system is possible. You just need to uncover it.

It’s time to learn the 3-part framework that helps you customize your content workflow and overcome roadblocks that hold you back.

Here’s just some of what you’ll learn during the live workshop:

A Clear Picture of Your Current Workflow

Guided prompts will help you map out your existing system so you can see how each part fits together—or where it might be falling apart.

Identify the Areas That Need Attention

Not every part of your workflow requires a full overhaul. You’ll zero in on the specific stages that need the most focus, so you know exactly where to start.

Apply Practical Tactics to Fix Weak SPOTS

Discover how to improve your process by applying the 3-part framework to the areas of your system that need attention. Drawing from real examples, you’ll understand how to make these changes at each stage of your workflow.

The Hidden Issue Keeping You Stuck

Many content creators unknowingly face a common challenge that stalls their progress. Learn to identify if you are falling into this trap and how to get out.

Who is this for?

If any of the following sound like you, do yourself a favour and don’t miss this workshop…

“I’m creating content consistently, but it still feels like chaos behind the scenes.”

Feeling scattered and disorganized can drain your energy and creates an unsustainable workflow. Streamline your system so you can go from chaos to calm.

“I know I should have a better system by now, but I keep putting it off because it feels overwhelming.”

Designing a system can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to focus your energy or how to fix what’s broken.
By assessing your current workflow and getting practical advice on next steps means you won’t waste your time.

“Every time I try to be more organized, it just feels like more work.”

If ‘being more organized’ demands more energy and effort, it’s not the right system for you. Once the right system is in place, it should free up time, not take more of it.

“I spend so much time managing my content process that I barely have time to create.”

Your ideal workflow should be simple enough to support doing more creative work, not less. Learn to identify and correct unnecessary or overly-complicated steps in your process.

“I’m worried I’ll burn out if I keep going like this, but I don’t know where to start fixing it.”

If you are concerned about burnout, it’s a strong sign that your content system needs attention. Taking the time to pause and review your current workflow in order to make necessary adjustments is a worthwhile investment in future you.

Frequently asked questions

No. This workshop will help you evaluate your current system and assess which, if any, aspects need attention. (If you got this far on the page, there’s a good chance you are experiencing some friction right now.)

Most existing templates or frameworks can be customized or modified to better suit how you work.

No. The workshop does include looking at individual components of any system (e.g. capture, plan, review), but it does not teach any one kind of content system to follow.

Instead, you’ll learn a 3-part framework to assess and adjust your process so you can refine your own system based on what works best for you.

No. Tools and software support systems, but they aren’t the system.

I will share examples of different tools that can support your system, but what you learn in the workshop can be used with any tools.

The workshop is 90 minutes long. I will offer an optional Q&A after the workshop for those who wish to stay afterwards.

The Q&A will be available as a replay.

Yes, there will be a recording available.

BUT, please make every attempt to attend live since the workshop includes hands-on exercises to assess your system in real-time.

A note from Cat

I wish I had known this earlier in my journey as a content creator…

Trying to fit into someone else’s system often felt like I was working uphill. I knew it worked for them, but it definitely wasn’t working for me.

I kept thinking, “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I get it together?”

Turns out, there was something wrong—but it wasn’t with me.

Through trial and error, I started to figure out how to evaluate where things were going wrong, then making incremental changes based on how I actually work.

(Notice I said ‘how I actually work’ and not ‘how I want to work’.)

It sounds cliché, but there really is no one-size-fits-all system.

And as much as we all wish there was a perfectly crafted solution to make all our frustrations go away, it simply doesn’t exist.

Yes, that does mean that there’s some effort involved in customizing your system to suit how you actually work.

And you can’t fix what you can’t see.

That’s why I created this workshop.

It’s designed to help you see your current content workflow, assess how it’s working (or not), and then make intentional changes based on what you need.

Let’s take the guesswork out of it and zero-in on practical next steps.

The best part?

Once you know how to evaluate and refine your system, you have the skillset to continue improving your workflow as you evolve as a creator.

If you’ve been wanting to find “a better way”, I’d love to see you in the workshop!
